Rules and Conditions

1.1. To confirm a reservation, payment is required. 30% of the total amount as a deposit. The remaining 70% must be paid 7 days before the check-in date.

1.2. Accepted payment methods are: bank transfer and Bizum. Bank details will be provided upon confirmation.

1.3. Once the booking is confirmed, the guest will receive an email with a summary of the stay, access instructions and recommendations about the surrounding area.

2.1. Cancellation more than 7 days in advance on the date of entry: refund of the 100% of the signal.

2.2. Cancellation between 7 and 3 days before From the date of entry: refund of the 50% deposit.

2.3. Cancellation with less than 3 days' notice or non-show: no refund will be issued.

2.4. In case of voluntary early departure, the amount corresponding to the nights not enjoyed will not be refunded.

3.1. The time of check-in it is from the 4:00 PM.

3.2. The time of check-out It is before the 11:00 h.

3.3. If you need flexibility in scheduling, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your availability.

3.4. Upon arrival, a joint inventory of the condition of the house and its furnishings will be carried out. The same process will be repeated upon departure.

4.1. The maximum capacity of the house is 4 peopleThis number may not be exceeded under any circumstances.

4.2. The reservation holder must be of legal age and will be responsible for ensuring that all accompanying persons comply with these rules.

4.3. According to current regulations, all guests aged 14 and over must provide a valid identity document (ID card, NIE or passport) upon arrival.

5.1. A bond will be required of 300 € which must be paid before entry or upon arrival.

5.2. The deposit will be fully refunded within a maximum period of 7 days After departure, once it has been verified that the house, furniture and equipment are in perfect condition.

5.3. In case of damage, breakage, or loss of belongings, the corresponding amount for repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost exceeds the security deposit, the guest will be responsible for the difference.

6.1. No pets allowed in the house or on the farm, without exception.

7.1. Tobacco and smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areasusing the available ashtrays and depositing cigarette butts in the appropriate place.

7.2. Noise:
Please respect the rest period starting at 10:00 PMCasa Susterris is located in a natural and peaceful environment; we ask our guests to maintain that atmosphere.

7.3. Parties and events:
Parties, events or gatherings with people not part of the reservation are not allowed.

7.4. Waste:
Waste should be deposited in the appropriate recycling containers located next to the C-13 road. Instructions will be provided upon arrival.

8.1. The use of the pool is limited to exclusive responsibility of the guestsCasa Susterris does not have a lifeguard service.

8.2. Minors must be always accompanied and supervised by an adult.

8.3. Please shower before entering the pool and do not use sunscreens that may alter the water quality.

8.4. The use of glass objects is not permitted in the pool area.

8.5. The pool's opening hours are 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m..

9.1. The house is provided clean and equipped. Guests agree to maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness and order during their stay and to return the house in a similar condition to that upon arrival.

9.2. The kitchen should be left clean and with the dishes washed (or placed in the dishwasher).

9.3. Use the fireplace with caution. Firewood is provided (subject to availability). Guests are responsible for properly extinguishing the fire and not leaving embers unattended.

9.4. The barbecue should be used in the designated area and cleaned after use.

9.5. Parking within the property is for the exclusive use of guests, at their own risk.

10.1. In case of breakdown or incident, the guest must report it immediately to the owner via the provided phone or WhatsApp.

10.2. The owner undertakes to resolve any issues in the shortest possible time.

10.3. No discounts will be given for breakdowns or supply interruptions not related to the property (electricity, water, telecommunications).

11.1. The reservation holder is responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, equipment or garden during the stay.

11.2. Casa Susterris is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of guests' personal belongings.

11.3. Casa Susterris is not responsible for accidents that occur on the property, including the use of the pool, garden, barbecue and other facilities.

12.1. Casa Susterris reserves the right of admission and may terminate the stay immediately and without refund in the event of:

  • Serious breach of these rules.
  • Overcrowding.
  • Conduct that disrupts coexistence or causes damage to property.
  • Illegal activities.

13.1. The personal data provided will be processed exclusively for the management of the reservation and compliance with current regulations regarding tourist accommodation.

13.2. The data will be communicated to the competent authorities when required by current legislation (traveler registration).

13.3. Guests can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability by writing to: info@casasusterris.com (replace with real email).

14.1. The relationship between Casa Susterris and the guest is governed by Catalan tourism regulations and current Spanish legislation.

14.2. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Tremp (Lleida).
